Le Metier de Beaute Aurora Lip Kaleidoscope

They finally arrived!!!!  The Northern Lights collection from Le Metier is here!  I have been waiting for months for this collection to be released.  I have to say it is pretty late for a spring collection to be released.  Most lines are gearing up for summer.  All that said, I am beyond impressed with the beauty of the new eye and lip kits. Here is just a sneak peak at the Aurora kaleidoscope. Swatches to come later when the lighting is better!  Pictures do NOT do it justice!  I can not say enough good things about this!  I have a few of the lip kits and this is hands down the best one.  It actually is my favorite lip product I own!

Le Metier de Beaute Aphrodite kaleidoscope

A little while back Messy Wands did a PSA about long lost kaleidoscopes.  I immediately called the John Barrett salon to find out what they had!!  Aphrodite had been on my list and was available!  I was so excited since this was quite the find.  It arrived and was a little more than I expected.  It is very pigmented and I was not sure if it would work for me.  When I say very pigmented, I mean 1 light swipe and pow!  BLUE!!  I still need to practice more with it.  The colors are gorgeous despite how loud a few of them are.  The last one(dark charcoal) is incredible!  It has holo like sparkles that sparkle every color of the rainbow!  It is out of this world.  The 1st color is a medium blue with shimmer(very rich),2nd color is a gorgeous baby blue with hints of gold shimmer, 3rd color is a pretty silver with silver sparkles, and last color is the gorgeous dark charcoal with holo like sparkles.  It was really hard to get the last color to show its true beauty.

Le Metier de Beaute Orange Juiced and Hibiskiss lipgloss

I have been waiting for months for Le Metier to release their resort glosses.  I knew I had to have them, but honestly was not sure how they would look on me. I  just got them and could not be more thrilled!  They are even more beautiful than I could have imagined.  They both look amazing on me!  The red(hibiskiss) may be my favorite.  You must check these out.  They seem like universally flattering colors!  I have a feeling these will sell out in store pretty quickly, so go soon!  I will do a more thorough review later, but just wanted to share a little with you now.  Here is a pic of my lips with hibiskiss.  I only used a dab of this. It is not the best pic, but hopefully you get the idea!

Le Metier de Beaute Peau Vierge daily renew Cleanser

I have always found skin care reviews to be a little boring.  I guess Its is because I am such a picture girl.  When looking at magazines, I find myself skimming the pages only looking at the pictures.  This might be why I find skin care reviews a little dull. After reading a great review of  BB cream on Perilously Pale, I finally got it!  Skin care reviews ARE important in a beauty blog.  I need to pay attention to more!  So, I am doing one today!!  I recently fell in love with a cleanser.  Yes, in love with a cleanser!  I received a sample of LMDB's Peau Vierge Daily Cleanser while getting a make over from the fabulous Mikey.  He raved about how invigorating it was.  The first time I used it I saw he was right.  It was invigorating, refreshing, and all around wonderful!  It really woke me up!  I have never felt this way with a cleanser.  I don't know how it has the power to awaken, but it really does.  My skin felt clean and soft.  Not drying! After my sample ran out I went and bought a bottle.  I cant stop telling people that they must try this!!!  It smells like fresh oranges too!  Another thing I love is the top can be removed.  I dislike products that you cant open.  I find it makes for lots of waste when you are running out.  This way you can remove the top and see what is left and get it out! Le Metier de Beaute Mediterranean Seas Kaleidoscope

A couple months ago MessyWands posted the PSA about the long lost kaleidoscopes.  I jumped on it and called the John Barret salon.  Only to be able to get Golden Beauty, and Aphrodite. I was connected through the blog with Alyx. She is so amazing!  She found me Mediterranean Seas and enchantment lip kaleidoscope. I was not able to find good pics of this(MS), so I am posting what I have for you! Mediterranean Seas is a beautiful mix of greens and a gorgeous shimmery peach.  At first glance, the last color in the kit reminded me of jade from their regular shadow line, but it is totally different. The rest are  also unlike any other LMDB colors.  The first color is a deep green with teal sparkles, the second color is a light green with flashes of gold, the third color is a beautiful peach with flashes of gold, and the last color is an incredible deep green with peach, teal, green, and gold sparkles.  It is so beautiful and unique!!  They are all super pigmented.  As always Le Metier de Beaute has the best quality shadows.  They are pricey, but worth every penny!  This kaleidoscope was released a couple years ago, but Alyx might still be able to track this down for you!

Le Metier de Beaute Northern Lights Collection.

Yesterday I posted Part of the Northern lights collection which includes an eye, lip, and I think blush kaleidoscope.  Today I am showing a pic of the Lip kaleidoscope which sounds amazing!  It features Illuminate-sheer shimmery hot pink, Voltaic-satiny nude mauve, Dynamos-effervescent coral tangerine, and Eos-opaque fuchsia.  The stock photo is not the best, but I am sure this beauty will fly off the shelves.   The wonderful Alyx is taking pre orders(702)722-7400.  I am hearing 2 different dates for release, but will keep you posted!

Le Metier de Beaute Northern Lights Kaleidoscope!!!!

  There will be an eye, lip, and another blush kaleidoscope!  The eye kaleidoscope is called Northern Lights.  It features; Ionic-satin/matte naked sunset, Sky-pale shimmering blue, Magnetic-blazing copper penny, and Equinox-satin/matte twilight violet. It sounds and looks gorgeous!  Alyx is amazing!  You can text her your orders or call  and she will find you almost any LMDB product!  She tracked down some super rare kaleidoscopes for me recently.  LOVE her!
